The club in its current form was founded in 2004.

Middleton & Overton Sports FC is a proud grassroots football club competing in the First Division of the Mid Lancashire Football League. Built on passion, community spirit, and a love for the game, the club represents the heart and identity of the Middleton and Overton areas.

Founded with the aim of bringing local talent together, we are more than just a football team; we are a community hub.
